Le Vieux Pin: Email Marketing

Le Vieux Pin wanted to increase email subscription rates and open rates by 8% in the two months. From the get-go, they also wanted to craft email content that resonated with their audience and kept subscribers engaged.

There were lots of opportunities in this project. I suggested launching different sequences for welcome emails and wine club emails as well as adding variety to their emails to include more lifestyle-focused email content and stronger CTAs instead of just promotional emails.
Through email, we wanted to tell a story that is easy to read and concise as well. Le Vieux Pin is a family-run winery and we wanted to tell the audience their story and how they came to be.
This was an opportunity to change the tone of voice that has been used in their email copy prior and to shorten the content. During this process, I also designed and structured how the content would be organized so that the content is easier to read.
